Sapivium allows you to play as a guest without creating a full account. Guest accounts are created with a randomly generated username and do not require an email address or password.
Guest accounts have limited functionality â they do not earn skill ratings, XP, points, or achievements, and they cannot appear on leaderboards or use social features.
Inactive guest accounts are automatically deleted after 30 days. When a guest account is deleted, all associated data (such as friend connections, feedback, and progression data) is removed. Match history records are preserved in anonymized form with the user identity removed.

Sapivium is a real-time multiplayer trivia game where you compete against other players by answering quiz questions as fast and accurately as you can.
Create a room, invite friends or jump into a public match, pick a topic, and go. Questions appear for everyone at the same time, answers are scored instantly, and results show up the moment the match ends. No waiting, no loading screens between rounds â just rapid-fire trivia.
It works on desktop and mobile, runs in your browser, and even works offline as a Progressive Web App. There are no ads, no paywalls, and no premium tiers. Everything is accessible to everyone.

Sapivium started from a simple frustration: there was no good free multiplayer trivia platform that actually worked well and felt social.
I used to play trivia games with friends on road trips, during travel, waiting around â just picking random topics and seeing who knew the most. It was always a good time, but finding an app that made it easy to play together in real time, without ads interrupting every other question, without needing everyone to create accounts, and without the whole thing falling apart after a few rounds? That was surprisingly hard.
Most trivia apps were either single-player, abandoned, or buried under ads and monetization. The social ones had long-dead communities. So Sapivium was built to be the thing that should have already existed: a simple, free, and fun multiplayer trivia game that stays out of your way and lets you play.
It's still a work in progress. There are rough edges, things break sometimes, and it could be better in a dozen ways. But it's actively maintained, it's free, and it's built for the people who actually use it â not for advertisers.

Sapivium is a free, real-time multiplayer trivia game. Users can create or join game rooms, answer quiz questions, and compete against other players in timed matches.
The service includes features such as skill ratings, leaderboards, achievements, experience points, a progression system with topic unlocks, friend lists, and optional AI-generated trivia using Spark Credits.
The service is provided for entertainment purposes. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any feature at any time.
You may create a registered account by providing a username, email address, and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Each person may only maintain one active account. Creating multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage or circumvent moderation actions is prohibited.
Sapivium allows users to play as guests without registering. Guest accounts are created with a randomly generated username and are intended for temporary use.
Guest accounts do not earn skill ratings, progression points, experience points, or achievements, and cannot appear on leaderboards or use social features such as friend lists.
Guest accounts that have been inactive for 30 days may be automatically deleted along with all associated data.
Usernames must not be offensive, abusive, misleading, or impersonate other users or public figures. We reserve the right to change or remove usernames that violate this policy.
We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms. You may also request deletion of your account by contacting us.

Violation of these rules may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent banning of your account at our discretion.
Sapivium is a multiplayer platform. You are expected to treat other players with respect. Harassment, abusive language, and deliberately disruptive behavior are not tolerated.
Other users may report you for misconduct. Reports are reviewed by moderators who may issue warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans depending on the severity and frequency of the behavior.
If you receive a warning, you will be required to acknowledge it before continuing to play. Repeated violations will result in escalating consequences.
Sapivium offers an AI-powered trivia generation feature that uses Spark Credits. When you use this feature, your prompt is sent to a third-party AI service to generate quiz questions.
AI-generated questions are temporary and stored in memory only for the duration of the game session. They are not permanently saved.
You are responsible for the prompts you submit. Do not use this feature to generate content that is harmful, illegal, discriminatory, or otherwise violates these terms.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content.
Sapivium is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. The service may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or due to technical issues beyond our control.
Game data, including scores, ratings, achievements, and match history, is stored on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee permanent retention of any gameplay data and reserve the right to reset or modify game statistics as needed.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any user account at our sole discretion if we believe the user has violated these terms or is engaging in behavior that harms the service or other users.
Banned users will have their active sessions revoked. Suspended users will be unable to create or join game rooms, participate in matchmaking, or use social features for the duration of the suspension.
You may stop using the service at any time. If you wish to delete your account, you may contact us to request removal of your data.
The Sapivium website, application code, game design, visual assets, and all associated content are the property of the service operator and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, redistribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on this service without explicit written permission.
User-submitted content (such as feedback, bug reports, and AI prompts) may be used by us to improve the service.
